Wellness Bucks

Your Devoted Health plan pays you back a set amount each year that you spend on things that help you stay healthy, like fitness trackers, classes, mindfulness apps, and more!

To see how much you get in Wellness Bucks each year, visit your MyDevoted Reimbursements page or check your plan documents.

You can spend your Wellness Bucks on:

  • Fitness classes (online or in-person), like yoga, Zumba®, Spin, or personal training from a certified instructor
  • Personal fitness equipment, like weights, exercise bands, or a stationary bike
  • Weight management programs, like Weight Watchers® or Noom® (for membership costs but not food, supplements, or injections)
  • Nutritional counseling with a registered dietitian or licensed nutritional counselor

  • Over-the-counter (OTC) medications
  • Vitamins, supplements, meals, or food (even if it’s related to a weight management program)

  • Fitness clothing or shoes
  • Massage equipment, like massage guns
  • Medical ID bracelets

In 2026, members on certain D-SNP and C-SNP plans in Colorado, Oregon, and Washington can also use Wellness Bucks for acupuncture, naturopath, or massage visits. See your plan’s Evidence of Coverage to check if your plan offers this coverage and get specific details on what is and isn’t included.

How do I use my Wellness Bucks?

You pay for the items upfront. Then, you’ll send us a copy of your receipt and we’ll send you a check! Visit devoted.com/paymeback to learn how.

Keep in mind:

  • You can use your Wellness Bucks all at once, or on multiple purchases over time. We’ll pay you back up to the amount listed in your plan documents.
  • Your purchase must be during the plan year, but you have until March 31 of the following year to send your receipt. For example, to use your 2026 Wellness Bucks, the date on your receipt must be between January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2026, and we need to receive your request by March 31, 2027.
  • Your purchase must be while your Devoted Health plan is active. For example, if March is your first month as a Devoted Health member, you can use your Wellness Bucks for purchases from March 1 to December 31 of that year.

To avoid delays in getting paid back, make sure your receipt clearly shows:

  • All the items or services you got
  • The cost for each item or service
  • The date when you bought the item or service
