New members: Set up your care
Welcome to Devoted! We’re glad you’re here. And we want to make sure you’re all set to get the care you need from Day 1 with your new plan.
What do I need to do?
First, think about whether any of these apply to you:
- I use rented medical equipment, like a wheelchair or CPAP machine
- I use medical supplies, like catheters or diabetes testing supplies
- I use an oxygen concentrator or oxygen tanks
- I’m getting home health or home infusion services
- I have a specialist visit booked for after my new plan starts
- I had surgery recently, or I have a surgery coming up soon
- I’m getting treatment for a serious health condition, like cancer, heart attack, or stroke
- I’m getting behavioral health treatment for a condition like anxiety or depression
If none of this is true for you, you’re all set! You don’t need to do anything.
