Chat is the easiest way to get in touch with your team. Just open the app and send us a message. Use chat when you:

  • Need a prescription
  • Feel under the weather
  • Have a health question
  • Want advice on just about anything related to health and wellness

Our chat hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern Time and we usually get back to you the same day.

Book video visits whenever you need them

Think of video visits just like office visits. Schedule one when you want to talk through:

  • Symptoms you’ve been having
  • Ongoing medical or mental health concerns
  • Wellness issues like stress, sleep, healthy eating, and fitness

Call Care OnDemand for urgent care 

Care OnDemand is your 24/7 urgent care line. Add 1-888-802-2738 (TTY 711) to your phone’s contacts so you have it handy. Call when you:

  • Need urgent care for things like infections, rashes, medication reactions, or any sudden change in your health
  • Aren’t sure if you should book a visit, go to a clinic, or head to the ER
